Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee

The day before: 100% of the accommodation fee
From 2 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
From 3 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
From 4 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
From 5 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
From 14 days before: 20% of the accommodation fee

Regarding no-shows without notice

For no-shows, we will charge the following:
